Quick update

It's been forever since I've written here.  Here are a few highlights:

  • I started working at Sitening a month ago.  The job and the people I get to work with are awesome.
  • Isaiah is the cutest baby ever.
  • I am really close to getting 100 catches with 5 balls (98 is my high!)
  • I have a couple new projects with jaytee productions that I'm really excited about
  • I'm using a Mac as my primary computer now, and I love it.

Where

Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?

Flickr collections

I finally got around to trying out this new "collections" feature on Flickr.  My first collection contains my five most recently updated sets (including pictures from Taiwan).  Check it out.  You'll be glad you did.

Another update is coming soon on the DIGITEL workshop I just returned from (the reason why I was in Taiwan).  Things I learned, people I met, food I ate.  That is, if I don't become too lazy to write about it.

Juggleville rehearsal photos

I uploaded some photos from Sunday's rehearsal:

But of course, you already knew that, because you've been reading the Juggleville Blog.

Today

Today...

Cal Ripken, Jr. was inducted into the Hall of Fame with the highest vote total and third-highest percentage in Hall of Fame history.
He was one of my childhood heroes, and reminds me of my dad in many ways.

Steve Jobs announced the much-anticipated iPhone.
His family was in attendance and he got choked up thanking his and all of the families of his coworkers.

Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind

John Mayer performed Gravity live at the aforementioned Apple keynote in San Fransisco.  No matter how many times John performs or demos something at the Macworld keynote, it still gives me the chills.  There's something about the combination of two things I love that are seemingly unrelated that gets me excited.  Worlds colliding, if you will.  Like at the conference on intelligent tutoring systems I attended that ended with a diabolo performance.

That's enough, John Mayer.
